Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

2001 Ford Expedition 5.4 V8 Triton engine keeps blowing out spark plugs. This happened 2 months ago for the 1st time. I replaced the spark plug. 1 month after that, the same spark plug blew again with my wife and two kids. Once again I fixed it. Then 2 weeks later, the same thing happened again while I was out of town, and this time it took the threads with it. Now I am looking at spending $1,000 + to fix it.

Some kind of silvery white substance I powder, and sometimes pieces were coming out of air conditioner vent. Substance was making family ill when riding in vehicle. Contacted dealer, and dealer inspected and replaced heater core and vacuum pad, but problem has come back. Please add VIN#
