Potential deadly issue - car would not start when first turning key - it took 2 or 3 attempts to start. Initial diagnosis by Ford Dealer was defective battery. Battery was replaced. Same Ford dealer then said defective fuel pump - I went to Pep Boys and they said defective fuel pump regulator - I went back to another location of same ford dealer and he observed gas leaking from fuel rail onto manifold - I said to keep the part so I can photograph it and alert authorities
