A/C not blowing cold

Mechanic limped a/c along through the summer by cleaning connections and replacing fuse but we went into the winter knowing that we'd have to replace the compressor. It's actually the clutch that's bad, but you can't buy just the $500 clutch so you get to pay $1000 for the whole compressor... yay! We're trying to sell (see my many other complaints) and plan to let the new owner fix the a/c.

A/c stopped blowing cold 6/4/15. Cleaned and repaired connections which bought us 3 months before it stopped blowing cold again 9/25/15. This time it blew fuse #11. Replaced fuse and bought about another one or 2 months.
