Never worked from the day I purchased this vehicle. Was told that it just needed to be updated. Made appointment that day first available was 19 days away. Then at appointment was told needed a part. Two and a half weeks later was told that part didn't exist on this model. That needed a software fix from Ford that also did not exist at this time. When I asked as to when this "FIX" would be available I was told it may be 5-6 months. Not sure about everyone else but I'm getting an attorney. TODAY!!!

sirius radio cuts in and out get message seraching of signa This my first of many complaints . this is a brand new 2016 Expedition. the day I drove it off the lot I had problems withn the Sirus radio cutting in and out. message on radio is Acquiring signal. Have taken it back to the dealer six times. They keep changing parts and nothing is fixed. I asked Ford to take back this defective vehicle. They refused. filed a complaint with Ford reply from regional service manager is that this mhas a limited warranty. and for me to review the owners warranty manual. I would never have beleived that I would spend 58k for brand new Ford that has issues and be treated like crap by Ford.

I have owned 11 fords trucks over the years. Currently have 3. This will definitely be my last. Just file a lemon law case

Update from Feb 23, 2016: SService visits to the dealer went on throughh December and Jan. While they changed the antenna twice, radio module, cables and added a splitter. nothing fixed the problem

My seventh visit to the dealer they changed the antenna again. Well it fixed the issue with the Sirius radio cutting in and out. Thought that was great. Until I went to use the navigation system only to find out it no longer had GPS. The system shows that it had no GPS signal. They new antenna that fixed the Sirius radio will not pick up GPS signal. You would think that with the engineers that Ford has on the payroll one of them could find an antenna that handles all the electronics they have installed in this high priced vehicle.

During my search for a solution to this delema I found that Ford is aware of this Sirius radoi problem. Yet they choose not to do thr right thing for me even though they sold me a defective vehicle

SPECIAL SERVICE MESSAGES 45595 2016 - Escape - Sirius Satellite Radio - Audio Cuts Out/No Signal Some 2016 Escape vehicles equipped with Sirius satellite radio may exhibit an intermittent concern where the audio cuts out and the radio display reads no signal. Engineering is currently investigating this concern. Since this may be caused by multiple factors it is recommended to follow normal workshop manual diagnostics at this time. However, do not replace any components if clear root cause cannot be determined. To assist with the investigation use the Report A Vehicle Concern link at the bottom of the Oasis report and submit a Global Concern Report (GCR). Continue to monitor OASIS which will be updated with status on this investigation. EFFECTIVE DATE: 19-JANUARY-2016.

Since Ford has no intention on fixing this or making a loyal customer happy I file a lemon law complaint. Ford has recived my Lemon law complaint in Florida and we will proceed through the legal system.
