(reported on)

Explorer Eddie Bauer

  • 119,000 miles

The car takes anywhere from 5-10 minutes before I can even drive it, if I try any sooner, it dies. I try to accelerate, it dies. Sometimes, it will go, but will hesitate, then lunge forward. Often while driving, in idle, it will die. Come to a stop, and try to acceleraste, it dies. Then, when it does go, it sputters. UGGGGGG

We have partnered with JustAnswer to offer online auto repair help and advice from expert professional automotive technicians. You describe your fuel delivery system problem or ask your question and they try to help you figure it out. The fee is typically $9 to $15, but you can offer to pay more for really tough questions. You will usually receive an answer in 10 minutes or less, and you do not have to pay anything unless you accept the answer.
