Everytime I Turn My Wheel Either Left Or Right, It Sounds Like A Electric Trimmer. Its Not To The Point Where Its Screaming But If You Turn It At 15MPH, It Sounds Like You Can Barely Hear It. WTF?? I Took It To An Auto Repair And Was Told That "The Noise Is Normal. Almost All Ford Explorers Do That" If I Ever Fail Inspection Because Of It, Its Gonna Cause Me To Go Insane.
