My ford explorer lost all forward drive. i changed the transmission fluid and the filter and had forward drive for about five minutes. Now when i put it in drive it is like the clutch is slipping but it is an automatic. the best way to describe it is like a person driving a manual transission that has never done it before with a very high rev of the motor and slowly begin to creep along. once i get moving i cant get above 3000 rpm's or i lose pull again. what could be wrong here it is a pain to deal with this and try to get back and forth to college. any advice would help thanks.
