Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. While driving the vehicle braking system malfunctioned, causing extended stopping distance, which may cause an accident. Cause unknown.

While driving the vehicle at normal speed applied brakes the car did not stop. A week later the incident occurred again, and driver had to drive the vechicle into a wall to stop it. The dealer contacted and will repair at owners expense. Stated they had no brake problem with these vehicles.

While driving on dry straight road at approximately 55 mph vehicle jerked suddenly to the left. When attempting to correct steering, vehicle went out of control and veered to the right, the spun back to the left. Turned around on the road backwards and flipped on passengers's side and slid into median. Also, ABS brakes/suspension and transfer case failed.
