I've been going round and round with Ford so far. I called the dealership and they told me to call Ford directly. I called Ford and they referred me back to the dealership. Now the dealership says they will look at it but it's just to report their findings back to Ford to see if they will cover it. This is really annoying. My car was find one day and the next it had a huge crack in the rear hitch above and beside the Ford decal. What's up? If this is such a problem, why isn't Ford acknowledging it and taking care of its customers?
