I have had several transmission issues. The TSB 15069 indicates this problem I have probably always had. Didn't think much about until I saw the TSB. When I called the customer center, they say this TSB does not exist. I get the same response from the Dealer. Can they remove TSBs from their computer system??

Unless I have the wrong official TSB number, why would it disappear?? Legal reasons?
