After owning 3 Ford SUV's this is the first, other than minor recalls, I have had a problem. Warranty claim was filed through a Ford Dealer. Without an inspection by warranty people the claim was denied on grounds of abuse which is certainly not the case. The electrical bib held is to the window by double sided tape and a small contact solder point. It appears the tape is not strong enough to maintain contact with rear window. I have jumped through all the hoops, Ford channels, etc. and they continue the claim. Pondering next step..... any suggestions?

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANYONE IS HAVING THE FORE MENTIONED PROBLEM WITH THEIR 2006 EXPLORER.
