Bought the car at almost 99,00 miles and noticed a jolting jerking feel while accelerating. Come to find out later on it needed a tune up. Got so bad the car was undrivable. When I got it fixed I was told that 2 spark plugs broken off in the process. Had to extract them charged me and extra 100 for each one to remove. I was told they tried soaking them and that didn't work.

Took auto in due to "missing". Tech advised needed to replace spark plugs. A few days later I called to check on progress. I was informed a spark plug broke off in the motor and a different tech was going to attempt to remove it with a "special" tool. A few more days pass by and I stop by to check on progress. I was informed it could cost $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 due to needing new heads. After several calls the dealership is going to repair motor. However they are doing it at there own pace. I have been driving a rental for over a month and still don't know when I will be getting my auto and if I will trust it.

In the meantime I have came across information concerning the spark plug design flaws. This problem needs to be addressed. The consumers need to be made aware of the autos that contain these spark plugs so they will not have a heart attack when it happens to them.
