Just replaced the right front axle went to get inspection & was told the upper & lower ball joints need to be replaced... 50000 miles. Never, Never in my life have I owned such a piece of junk. Ford claims to be the number 1 in America. Ford is the worst company in America. How do they get away with selling junk. I think CLASS ACTION SUIT from anyone having such problems. Standard highway driving and transmission, front end, electrical, burnt out consoles, defrost motor,. defective read door child locks (HARDLY USED) AND ALL BEFORE 50000MILES. This never happened with cars purchased in the 60's & 70's. Something needs to be done!
