WENT OUT TO START THE TRUCK, WOULDN'T START. TRIED JUMPING IT, NOTHING WRONG WITH BATTERY. LOOKED AT ALL FUSES...ALL GOOD. DOESN'T EVEN TURN OVER. ACTS AS THOUGH A KILL SWITCH HAS BEEN TRIGGERED OR SOMETHING BECAUSE PEP BOYS ASKED...DOES IT HAVE AN AFTER MARKET ALARM THAT SHUTS DOWN THE ENGINE AND THE ANSWER IS "NO". WILL TELL YOU WHAT HAPPENS NEXT.

Tried to crank my 1999 Ford F-150 (5.4L ) and the instrument panel gauges go blank for a moment and there's a click sound in the fuse box. Battery is brand new, all fuses are fine and it ran great 30 minutes before problem with no sign of starter or any other electical device going bad. I don't know if I somehow triggered the passive anti theft or what.
