Everyone seems to have a problem with either the blend door motor / actuator or the blend door itself breaking. You have to remove the entire dash and heater box to change this $72.00 part which takes most all day. The motor part number is 2L3Z-19E616-BA and you may be better off to change out the heater core while you are this far because they are a early failure also. Makes you not much of a Ford fan after doing this repair. The engineers that design these things should have to be a mechanic that fixes them for several years first!
