My Ford F-150 Extended cab truck's back window on passenger side had an annoying and stinky leak. The water would drip onto the seat and smell up the cab. Didn't know it when I bought it used at about 60,000 miles. The dealer had put deoderizer (new car smell) stuff masking the stink. After that wore off, I realized water was the culperate and found the leak.
After having a mobile glass repair man fix, haven't had a problem since. You must remove the glass and replace the black sticky stuff (butel?). Don't try to patch, it just prolongs the problem.
