Got new tires. Needed alignment, but alignment guy said lower ball joints were bad and should be replaced. I told him to hold off as I had an ESP warranty. Dealer confirmed and replaced them. Then charged me twice what the other shop would for an alignment. Now I know why they call the stealership instead of the dealership.

You describe your steering problem or ask your question and they try to help you figure it out. The fee is typically $9 to $15, but you can offer to pay more for really tough questions. You will usually receive an answer in 10 minutes or less, and you do not have to pay anything unless you accept the answer.
