ford was a pain to deal with and has done nothing through customer care (JOE BRICE or RICE eastern division). Ford refused to provide a trailer to replicate the complaint so it would come back "could not replicate customers complaint" so I broke down and rented a trailer and come to find out the 30k maint was not done properly and was low 2.5 quarts of tranny fluid. So now I have a tranny that was being used for towing for 5K miles with low fluid probably permanently damaged! Its amazing that it took 3 dealers to find that problem. Now I have a very loud, annoying and embarrassing vibration at 2200rpm. Ford has yet to provide a solution for their faulty maintenance! davidcurtis@yahoo.com please contact me if you are reading this ford motor company I would love to hear from you!
