Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. The contact owns a 2007 Ford F-150. While driving approximately 15 mph, the check engine warning indicator illuminated and the vehicle started to lose acceleration and power. The contact had to pull into a fuel station. The mechanic at the station determined that the ignition coil and a spark plug failed and needed to be changed. The vehicle was repaired. The failure recurred three other times and was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The VIN was invalid. The approximate failure mileage was 116,000.
