Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

Dt the cruise control stuck twice, the last came up out of the seat and had to both feet on the brake to get it stop. Contacted the dealer, who said that its not included the recall, and there was nothing they could do. Cruise set on 59 mph and it idled really high. Had to keep hitting the off button, and put vehicle in neutra, L and it still it would not disingage. Had them disconnect cruise control.

We were notified by police and fire department officials that there was a fire in our yard. Our Ford 250 was on fire and had not been driven for around 4 hours. Upon investigation the fire marshall indicated the location of where the fire began and presumed it was the brake pressure switch based on its location. The car has been totaled and caught another vehicle on fire next to it.
