After taking vehicle to dealer for popin noise in front end while turning found out that the trailing arm bracket was broken in half. I was told by the dealership it was not covered by warsnty because I have a leveling kit on my truck. They refered me to a place to weld it together when I contacted them I was told that they have fixed many Ford trucks with the same problem some of the trucks had leveling kits some without. Then I contacted a different dealership and was told that they also were fixing numerous truck with the same problem and that Ford had made a new part that was stronger and that's how they were fixing the problem. I think Ford obviuosly has had a problem otherwise they would not have made a stronger part but they are using the leveling kit on my truck as an excuse not to fix the problem. I would like to know why so many trucks are having this problems but there isn't as recall to make Ford fix it.

Front end shakes when driving over bump or making a curve, causing loss of vehicle control.vehicle does not come with stablizer bar. Consumer feels vehicle should come with stabilizer bar because without it there is too much vibration, causing safety hazard.
