Bought the car second hand from Lloyds TSB with a 12 months warrenty for parts and labour. Car was supposed to be fit for the road. First time it rained in came the water, took it back , they could not find a problem. Same thing happened when it rained again, this time took it to a Ford Dealer, nearer home, they replaced the pollen filter seal which had been incorrectly fitted. Water still getting in, took it back to the same dealer, this time they took out the Front Windscreen and replaced the rubber seal, problem solved. Cost to me just over $150, cost to Lloyds TSB, yet to be determined.
