driving down road one day and steam starts coming out from under hood of car. was close to home and managed to make it there without overheating car. found that the top radiator hose is run so close to the bottom of the battery box that when car is running it vibrates and rubs on the battery box and it chaffes a hole in the radiator hose. seems like a bad design but no recall on it. I had the hose replaced and had a piece of foam padding that is fire proof adhered to the bottom of the battery box to prevent future chaffing.
