Service department at Harper Motors is rude and very hard to get them to do repairs without a fight. Even harder is getting them to pay for a rental car. Seems they do not wish to honor the warranty and act like "oh no it is that guy again" They sold me this car. They sold me the extended warranty also. They charge me a $100.00 deductible for the trans axle, but I did not need a trans axle...The same day I picked up the car with a new trans axle the transmission failed and I brought in back to Harper Ford for my 3rd transmission. The transmission before this one lasted only 12,000 miles.
We have partnered with JustAnswer to offer online auto repair help and advice from expert professional automotive technicians. You describe your transmission problem or ask your question and they try to help you figure it out. The fee is typically $9 to $15, but you can offer to pay more for really tough questions. You will usually receive an answer in 10 minutes or less, and you do not have to pay anything unless you accept the answer.

Problem with Transaxle failure went on for about 3 months before the mechanic found the problem. Went into the shop 3 times for 2 days each time as they tried to identify problem. They did not want to replace parts that didn't need to be replaced.
