CarComplaints.com Notes: For the third year in a row, the 3rd generation Focus is experiencing massive transmission problems.
Most notably owners keep complaining about how there's bad hesitation and jerking when starting from a stop. This isn't the result of an old, worn out part. In fact, the average mileage it's reported to us is just over 15k miles.

Bought the Ford remote start for my wife do to her arthritis, hard to remove ice with hands. The car does not warm up hot enough to remove ice from windshield, not worth having to pay $600 for it. Did notice three days ago the choke came on with remote start do to temp being very low, first time the car was hot inside.
Please Ford, have the idle speed up with remote start when temp is below freezing then, I would be a happy camper.
