This is the second time this has happened. For whatever reason all the controls on the steering wheel stop working. the turn signal will not work. the wipers will not turn on. This is extremely DANGEROUS when it is pouring down rain!!! The hands Free stopped working . so I take it in to have them look at it thinking maybe its a fuse or something. but because the service engine light NEVER came on. They are unable to test the car an see what code is causing the problem. after a few hours everything just started working again all on its own.

control center not working properly

myford touch issues

If a message comes in on my phone after I put the car in reverse (or if I have an unread message on my phone), a message will pop up on the MyFord Touch screen asking if I want to listen to the message or ignore it. If I select "Ignore", the main screen will pop up on top of the camera view while I'm still in reverse.

I don't know if it's related, but I'm also having issues with the entertainment. It says Audio Off on the dash screen and the power button is displayed on the Entertainment corner of the main screen. When I press the power icon, it goes away for a few seconds and then reappears. The physical power button has no effect, and I can't switch to the entertainment screen anymore. It all started a few days ago when I had no audio with a synched phone call. This happened several times, and afterward I couldn't get ANY audio until I switched to the entertainment screen and changed the input. The volume buttons and dial did nothing - the volume scale never even showed up on the screen. Also, the radio would not turn off once when I opened the door after the car was shut off. Now that's obviously not an issue since I can't get the radio to turn on at all...
