My headliner fell a month after I purchased the vehicle. Ford says there is no solution! With all the complaints about the same problem, you would think they would come up with a solution and FIX THE HEADLINERS! I have always been a HUGE Ford supporter, and always driven a Ford, but the purchase of the Ford Fusion has really given me a "sore spot" for Ford Corp.

This car was a lemon when I got it. I have on file about 7 returns and the Ford company would not stand by the car. It's the newest and worst car I have ever had and am paying note. The seats and mirrors have a mind of their own. The car sounds like a train and the tires sound flat. all I hear the whole time is water gurgles knocking tapping and this has been going on since I bought the car. I recorded the sounds and took pics bought new tires and nothing has changed the way the car drives AND sounds. Thank you Hixon Ford of Monroe for making my first car note buying experience the last!!! I would take my 1997 Ford Ranger back today!!

My 2014 Ford Fusion has only 6700 miles and headliner is sagging in rear window. I can now see wires and fasteners that are supposed to be concealed under the roof. Looks like HELL!! Took it back to my dealer 75 miles away and was told they could try and put some glue on magnets to see if that would help. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!! Ford owner for the last 40 years....having my doubts if I should continue??

I have not much issue with the headliner being a problem. My issue is with Ford. I have been waiting since September 2014 for the replacement. Keep being told it is on back order. No contact from Ford, just the dealership.

The head liner dropped down 2 weeks after we got the new car. I have contacted the dealer and Ford direct. I have a claim number with Ford. The only response from Ford is that engineering is working on a solution and it is an attachment issue. It has been 8 months and no solution from Ford. If the engineers cannot come up with a solution to keeping the head liner up I have serious concerns how they can keep a car running.

The frustration grows and I am close to writing off Ford as a quality manufacturer. Hyundai is looking better.

Upholstery from the ceiling is coming down. Ford said they will not fix until it becomes an obstruction. I'm paying for a vehicle monthly that is cosmetically sub-par. I'm hoping I get into an accident when it falls completely so I can become part owner of Ford.

Fusion SE 1.5L 4 cyl

Ceiling in back area falling down. I complained to Dealer during September 2014. Car had 2000 mi. Dealer said they're waiting for Ford Corp to come up with solution. Today, Nov 6th 2014 I called Ford Corp. Ford Corp said they're aware of problem and no solution as of yet. Told them I complained to the Dealer and wrote complaint in "Ford Satisfaction Survey. I asked Ford Corp for e-mail or letter acknowledging my Complaint. Ford Customer Service said they'll notify me when there's a solution.

I asked "do you have my Name and address? Answer; We'll locate you". I asked if Ford had an e-mail or web site to issue complaints? Answer" "No".

So, only Verbal Customer Complaints accepted by Ford. Guess I just have to Hope Ford comes up with Solution and fixes my New Car ceiling before ceiling completely falls down. Like we have nothing else to do but follow up with Ford Corp asking for Ford Corp to fix Ceiling . I'll keep you updated. Or maybe you can rattle Ford Corp to at Least Acknowledge problem in Writing? Oh, I Wonder if ceiling was hanging when I picked up the car? I'll never know.

interior ceiling trim hangs down interior ceiling trim hangs down

The back ceiling trim to my brand new 2014 Ford Fusion hangs down and looks unprofessional. My daughters little friend (10 yrs old) pulled down on it because it is not secure. In time the edging will become frayed & look like crap. I want it fixed or replace with a better design.

Update from Oct 2, 2014: I brought this brand-new vehicle back seven times already for various things. I've had two headliners replaced, sunvisors fixed, sunvisors cleaned from mechanic engine motor dirty hands, under car protective plate with broken screw pins from an oil change at Walmart. I wish I could turn this POS back in!
