back right rear brake dragged - wore out rotor, caliper, bk

The repair shop said that was the second right rear brake replacement at low mileage for this model car that they have recently seen. It appears that the strange emergency brake system drags. The company that replaced the brakes, rotors, and calipers was Midas in Elkton, MD on E. Pulaski Hwy.

They had quoted others with the same problem.
