FORD KNEW THIS WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE 1999 MUSTANG BUT ONLY CLAIM IT WAS FOR CERTAIN CAR IN THAT YEAR. THIS PIECE IS ALSO AN ADDED PIECE THAT DID NOT COME WITH THE CAR.
