Location of brake lines---the tubing shown on the pictures are brake lines---the tubing was less than 1" on the steel plate--it was snagged and torn apart--it was snagged on a piece of re-bar that holds a concrete guard in place--the lines for the brakes drained so fact that the dual braking system did not work
