At 2000 miles ABS failed, took to dealer. changed RF sensor on wheel, last 2 miles, took back replaced same sensor, failed again, post warranty (car has under 25K miles) told out of warranty, tough luck (Koons Ford Maryland) refuse to fix under warranty. Now need control unit 600.00 plus. Found there are Bosch defective units on many ford cars http://www.bba-reman.com/content. aspx?content=ford_mustang_ford_cobra_bosch_abs_commonly_failing
I called ford and asked if there was a defect or recall on the brakes (while under warranty) told no problems reported. Can you say junk? Ford call me. R Mulderick

We have partnered with JustAnswer to offer online auto repair help and advice from expert professional automotive technicians. You describe your brakes problem or ask your question and they try to help you figure it out. The fee is typically $9 to $15, but you can offer to pay more for really tough questions. You will usually receive an answer in 10 minutes or less, and you do not have to pay anything unless you accept the answer.
