The local dealership says it is not their fault that this has happened twice to my car to the same plug. The first time they just reinstalled the plug and said all was good.,that was in Oct.2008 now 3/14/2009 it happened again. being it is not a moving internal part it is not covered under my extended coverage plan. They say that this only happens in trucks not mustangs. I get the sorry we cant help you act. that is BS i just do not know how or what to do or who to call to get it fixed. I guess I am just screwed. Ford needs to help their customers.
