Due to a defect in design, the spark plugs come apart when attempting to change them. Even using the Ford TSB recommendations, 3 plugs still seperated when removing.

How can you possibly design a spark plug that breaks when the dealer removes it? 7 of the 8 spark plugs were broken when the dealer tried to replace them at the 100,000 mile maintenance cycle. Do you know how many times I can change my spark plugs in my Toyota for $824?????? How stupid can a manufacturer be. This is my 1st and last Ford in 52 years. Good news is, I'll only need one more Toyota to get me the rest of the way!!!!
