My car's rear end sounds horrible. I was told the suspension was bad. Sway bar needed to be replaced.

Mustang Premium 3.7L V6

I have had this issue now on two separate occasions. The first occasion was within the first 2 years of owning my 2012 Mustang - around 40k km. At this time it was very clear that it was the LCA and they were replaced under the warranty by Ford. The issue was very noticeable, creaking, squealing, sounds like a rusty mattress whenever you roll slowly over speed humps - very embarrassing as its loudest as you are going slow.

This second time at 85k km the noises have returned 2 years after the parts were replaced. Ford will not cover it under warranty and seemed to have trouble believing their parts could fail twice! This disbelief has caused them to give me part after part that they claim was the cause and that i needed to replace - which only caused me more money. and yet no fix. This is unacceptable.

Mustang 3.7L

This problem started in the spring of 2012 when i began to hear a faint squeaking noise whenever I went over a speed-hump (yes a hump not a bump). When i brought the car down to my dealer for an oil change, I asked them to see if they could find anything wrong with the car but they said they could only do a visual inspection that day and I would need to drop it off for further inspection at another time. The visual inspection resulted in no apparent causes for concern and with my summer job requiring 75+ hour workweeks, I forgot about the problem until later in the summer when the noise got worse. I dropped it off at the dealer and they claimed to not hear the noise so I went down there and pushed down on the front end of the car with a co-worker on my lunch break and sure enough the noise faintly emerged. Unfortunately in Rhode Island, we have the worst roads in america, with some rivaling Detroit for quality yet both of the dealer locations happened to be in higher class towns with impeccable road surfaces so its near impossible to prove the noises existence with going on an extended drive with a tech. In the end there was a TSB for the problem and two round trips to the dealer later, the problem was fixed. It was the two front lower control arms that caused the problem and both were fixed at no cost to me.

I have had the car about maybe 2 weeks and every time I go over a speed bump the drivers side front would squeak really loud. I took it back to the dealership and they said they had a memo on this. They had to order the part. So they replace the control arm I think they called it.

After getting the car back the other side started doing the same thing. Took it back and they replaced the other side. This is a brand new car nothing should have to be replaced!!!! I'm tired of bringing this car in. I have had this car in the shop it seems more than I've driven it. Now I have a squeaking in the back passengers side and I've heard a valve rattle in the car. I have had with this car!!!! Doesn't anybody take pride in a good job anymore or do the job right the first time!!!!

I can not BELIEVE this!!!!!!! I bought this car on a Saturday and the following Friday I finally took it back to the dealer cause I couldn't stand the noise anymore. The slightest bump it sounded like a rusted out strut was on my NEW car. Come to find out it is the control arm. SOOOO they supposedly order the part and I was to return on Monday the 13th, to get it replaced. Which the dam dealer was just the stupidest dealership that I have ever had the displeasure to do business with. I get there, they give me a ride to a restaurant across the way, so I can set and wait for them to call me when it is done due to the fact I did not get the extended warranty to help pay for a rental car, they take me back after an hour to tell me that the part is on back ORDER!!!!. OMG, what the heck is the deal!!!!!
