Rust on hood, already documented at friendship Ford in lenoir, nc. This car is taken care of very well with regular washing and waxing, we were almost sick to our stomach to find rust with so few miles and on an aluminum hood at that. We were really shocked when we were told it was not covered because it was not perforated. I have spoken to several people in the field and they say they have never seen aluminum perforate due to rust. I hope Ford Motor Co. Will do the right thing and fix these problems that they already know exist. My self and many other loyal customers are left with a deflated feeling toward a company we once admired the workmanship of and where quality was always job 1. thank you for hearing my concerns, [xxx] information redacted pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).'

Water constantly leaks into both rear quarter panels. This water freezes in the winter causing frozen water to bang against quarter paneels.

There is a large amount of water sloshing around in the rear portion of this car. It is a convertible and it has accumulated water in the well where the convertible top goes when it has been lowered. Some of this water has migrated into the rear seat area and the carpet has been soaking wet. This water does not drain out and it can be heard sloshing around when the brakes are applied.

I own a 2014 Ford Mustang and the paint on the aluminum hood has failed in several locations. There was no damage to the affected area and the dealership has advised me that this is a very common problem on the Mustangs. Despite this known defect, Ford has refused to address any repair.

Paint is bubbling on front lip of hood. There is also a small spot on the roof but unknown if it is related to the problem. Hood is made of aluminum and Ford apparently knows of the problem since they issued a tsb in 2004 on this very subject. They won't cover the fix because of mileage but this has nothing to do with mileage. This was caused by iron contamination at the factory before the car was painted.

The car was making a dry pass by at a drag strip (non racing) while driving the car ignition cut off, causing a loss of control. Car hit rear quarter panel and then hit the front tire and suspension ripping the front bumper off. Driver was injured but not bad. Had car towed to a Ford dealer, where we were told we would have to pay $4,000 to have a Ford represenative look at, to determine cause for the car to shut off and air bags not deploy.
