I own a 2014 Ford Mustang that has been repaired three times but the technician at the dealer said is not repairable because its a factory defect. I have contacted everybody at Ford headquarters and nobody wants to take responsibility for selling a lemon car. The statue of limitations for filing a lemon lawsuit has expired and I want to know what I can do. Is there any class action lawsuits filed about this issue? Please let me know asap.

New car sounds like it is a beater, drive train grinds, creeks and thumps. At this point Friends don't let friends buy Fords. Regret ever buying it and it still has new car smell. Local dealer service provided a rental after corporate office of Ford could care less and I told my dealer "Ford was junk " and I would tell everyone. Still can NOT recommend a Ford. Still have to have drive shaft noise verified and fixed. Missing a couple of body panels access covers never put on assemble line. Last Ford I'll ever drive, would like to get rid of it now.
