Bought truck, wipers turn on by themselves, now they wont turn on at all, unless they do it on their own.

I have checked the wiring at the motor, and the pos and neg wires are working properly.

the motor works ok, but it wont work with the switch.

HOW THE HELL DO I FIX IT???

Wipers will only really work when it's in its max speed. If I use a slower speed, it will stop in the middle of the windshield. Also, it will stop as soon as I turn the wipers off. It will not go all the way down.
