I drive a 1999 ford ranger 2WD 4 cyl. When i accelerate from a stopped position or slow moving speed (less than 25mph) i hear a knocking sound in the driver side front end. When driving at a high rate of speed the truck does not pull therefore i know its not the alignment. Please help me in finding which part of my suspension is messed up so i can fix it because it is really annoying. Thank you
