The contact owned a 2007 Ford Ranger. While driving at 15 mph, the rear of the vehicle suddenly went downwards. As a result, the contact crashed into a building. The contact noticed that the rear passenger side axle fractured. The contact sustained wrist and hip injuries that required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was destroyed. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 120,000. Updated 7/8/15 updated 10/13/2017
