ABOUT 2003 MY ABS COMPUTER,MASTER CYLINDER NEW BRAKES..Was done to the car..Then I just find out My extended warranty expired..Cost over $700.00ca dollars..Everything worked fine until 2006..The Abs light came on,then I noticed My ABS system not working while the light was on..The light came on sometimes then gone off...Finally about 2007 The ABS light staying on..Funny part in cold winter night the light stays OFF until the car warms up,Then comes on..Lately never go off,on all the time also I have no ABS brake. The local dealer wants $500.00 up front to even look at it..Recently had replaced all my brakes new rotors pads ETC..My abs light still on..The brake installation checked all the ABS sensors..They are all ok..Since I'm a pensioner, disabled The car to Me transportation..I cannot afford a new car with the outrageous prices for the plastics models..I do have a VULKAN engine, I think this is the only very well built reliable engine Ford ever built...Them the brakes....

Taurus SE 3.2L V6

The ABS warning light came on, on the dashboard. I would like to klnow what that could mean so that when I take it into the shop I don't get hit too hard with the estimate.
