The water pump went out and I had it replaced. Since then when I run the heat, if I stop or idle the car, the heater blows cool air. It still gets hot when the car is moving.

Is it a coincidence that my mileage is about 136,000 km and the other similar problem is at 139,000 km? Everything was going good until last Sunday and it just stopped heating up when the car is in idle.
