This car is possessed in the instrument panel, when I'm driving down the road especially at higher speeds when I turn the heat or AC blower all the way up the speedometer goes back to like 60 or so really fast and then comes back up, also happens when I close a window with the power windows, also sometimes the lights act weird too.
