The frame rusted completely into from the inside out, there was no obvious signs of rusting on the outside of the frame, but the inside is completely rusted out, the control arm(a-arm) front mount completely broke loose from the frame due to the poor quality of the frame, i have never seen a frame so badly rusted, especially on a 2001 model vehicle!!!........the subframe for the engine is so badly deteriorated, that it is possible to stick a standard pencil through it!!!!! this is a crock, i have a 1991 model pickup that is twice as sound,,,,,,ford=JUNK!
