Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

I have a 2005 Ford Taurus/60,000 miles and they just told me my intake manifold is cracked. I don't understand how Ford would put a bad manifold on a almost new car. I am just upset that Ford would put a plastic manifold where it can be cracked so quick and unsafe. The dealer went ahead and repaired the manifold but what is the assurance that the manifold will not crack again. My warranty has expired so I had to pay out of my pocket. This item should be recalled to ensure the safety of your customers.
