Intermittantly the van won't start. It always cranks but sometimes won't catch and run. So far I have been able to flutter the gas pedal and get it to run. At times I had to try five or six times before it started. It also died once at a stop light with the same problem restarting.

my vehicle does not want to start in 10 degrees and below have to hold gas pedal half way down to get started. fuel pressure okay and replaced coil pack.
