I have only heard it is a relay that has gone bad but no mechanic I have spoken with has even actually fixed this problem. So now it rains into my van!!! What is this there is no way to close these windows, No way to properly wash the van, and the repair cost estimate from an auto electric shop was at $75.00 and hour..
