A D V E R T I S E M E N T S

I purchased a beautiful 98 Ford Windstar from some ignorant guy from craigslist. He sold me this van knowing damn well he was passing his problems on to an unsuspecting single mother of 2. Wont answer my calls or emails about the problems!!! I was on my way home from buying the van and not 25 minutes into the drive the check engine light came on, took it right to my mechanic for an inspection and to find out what was up with the check engine light. The next morning my mechanic calls me back telling me I need two new front tires and have to pay for diagnostic testing done on the van to find out why the check engine light came on, total cost 340 dollars. I called the man I bought the van from he acted surprised but he was a mechanic he knew damn well what he did and offered to pay for it seeing as though he posted the van as in perfect condition NOT AS IS. Once the van was done low and behold Mike from North East Philly never answered his phone but did take the time to email me and say all sales are final!!! I saved his craigslist posting and am now considering taking him to court. I have had this van die out of no where 3 times leaving me stranded with my 2 small children in the car with me. My mechanic can not figure out whats wrong with this van, its def something electrical, we have tried everything, new battery, diagnostic testing, you name it we did it!!! Nothing is working......hoping to find the problem soon. I did notice that when I lock the doors they keep clicking as if someone is still pressing the button, until I lock all the locks and open all the doors by hand, its so strange!!!! Anyone else experiences this??

omg, i have had this van for 7 months with numerous electrical problems. at one point, i had to keep pulling fuses whenever i stopped and went in anyplace. they said it was a sensor, replaced it and here we go again. van will not start , clicking under dash and have asked people to take out the remote for locks and haven't gotten anyone to do it yet. thought maybe that would help since whenever i used it , my locks hardly ever worked and then they were going up and down bt themselves. about ready to sell this van already even though it is beautiful. not sure where to turn next.........
