2 weeks after purchase, a loud clicking came from behind my radio and I suddenly had no heat. It was 3 degrees out and I had the children in the van, two with special needs and one who was under a year old. I had a shop fix it, but it took a month before they could even find the part because FORD STOPPED MAKING THAT PIECE. After fixing it....with a piece from a junked van, it broke two more times, both in times of equal inconvenience. I hate this van more than I thought I was able to hate. I just junked it after it's second transmission complete failure. If I could have bought new, I would have and could have bought a great vehicle with the money I have now had to junk because I do not have $3,000 to risk on another fix. Now I am broke as well as vanless. Shame, shame on Ford for ignoring the thousands and thousands of complaints from it's consumers and allowing unsafe, defective vans to be continually sold and driven. I will NEVER buy Ford again, and I strongly suggest you don't either unless you want abuse.
