Windstar LX 3.8L V8

My wife was driving the car when passers by motioned to her that the car was on fire at the driver side wheel. The pads had slipped out of the caliper causing the caliper to rub against the rotor which in turn caused the caliper to rupture spewing brake fluid on the rotors . This caused a small fire. Luckily noone was hurt. The breaks were not worn at the time or showing any signs of failure. It just happened suddenly.
