Windstar LX 3.8L V6

The car was making loud noises occasionally when turning. My wife was on a trip to The Carolinas when the power steering went out. She had to steer this heavy van with no power steering. Because of where she was it was going to take a week to fix so she had to drive it over 14 hours through mountainous terrain before we could have it fixed.
